HOW TO ORDER
- Send an email to watchstory@ymail.com with your order details:
   * Name
   * Contact Number
   * Email Address
   * Item Name/Code
   * Quantity
   * Preferred mode of delivery
- Once we received your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with payment details.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY
- Via ATM or internet bank transfer to POSB or OCBC Savings Account
- or Via Paypal
- or Via Cash on delivery. (For 3 items or above only)
- Orders will be sent by normal or registered post
- Care will be taken to pack the items adequately for posting. However we will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail caused by post office handling.
*** For orders of 3 items or more, courier service is available (free)

Warranty
All the products will be checked before delivery and one year *warranty will be provided for our products.

* - 1 year warranty is against manufacturing defects. Your original purchase receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of the date of purchase.
